Leah & Robert’s classic spring wedding

La Casa Toscana

about the wedding

Leah and Robert’s wedding day at La Casa Toscana was a celebration overflowing with love and joy. The two are high school sweethearts, celebrating ten years together just before their wedding day. Fun fact: there is even a photo of them in school together as children! From these images, you can see just how much love they have for one another and the joy of their guests in celebrating alongside.

When Leah and I had our first phone call, she shared how important it was for her wedding day to feel cohesive and seamless. Together we discussed her vision for using stationery to create a brand for their wedding day. Drawing from Italian inspiration and a neutral color palette, we personalized The Lustre semi-custom suite. When I first designed this suite, I used a fake couple with the initials R & L - it’s like it was made for them! We personalized the design by adding an illustration of the gazebo, champagne silk ribbon accents, and envelope calligraphy. We carried these same themes into the menus and place cards at the reception tables. The same calligraphy that addressed the envelopes in their guests’ mailboxes was the same calligraphy greeting them at their seats. A seamless experience from invitation to the wedding day!

Leah and Robert, you two were an absolute joy to collaborate with. Wishing you a lifetime of love and joy together!
